Free Support Options

Because many of the questions you might experience have been faced by others, Wise has implemented several useful tools to help you find the answers you need:

Initial 30-Day Ticket Support

To help you get up-and-running with your new Wise software, you may utilize five free support tickets within the first 30-days after your date of purchase. To receive free initial 30-day phone support, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product to be supported must be at the current major version.
  • The product to be supported must also be updated to the latest minor release. 

You can download the latest Wise product versions and upgrades at Wise Customer Connect.

You can submit tickets on the Wise Customer Connect portal. Sign in using your MyWise account and click Support to submit a ticket.

Annual Support

Annual Support is a subscription service that allows subscribing, registered customers to submit an unlimited number of technical support questions and issues. With Annual Support, customers will receive responses to submitted incidents within one business day.

You can submit tickets on the Wise Customer Connect portal. Sign in using your MyWise account and click Support to submit a ticket.

Purchasing Support contracts
